Choose from: chocolate, chiffon, yellow, red velvet, spice, or poppyseed cake layers.

Basic frosting choices include buttercream, ganache, whipped cream, cream cheese, or 7 minute frosting (a cooked, meringue based frosting).

All cakes come as 9 inch unless otherwise specified

Carrot Cake

2 layers of spiced carrot cake are filled and frosted with cream cheese frosting. Finished with toasted almond slices. Let us know to add nuts or raisins.


German Chocolate Cake

The all American favorite, with an irresistible pecan coconut filling and topping.


Flourless Chocolate Gateau

A dense, rich cake that is made without flour. This gateau has a very moist, fudgy texture and strong chocolate flavor. Topped with powdered sugar.

Chocolate Torte

Classic, single layer, dense chocolate torte with ganache glaze. Chocoholics, look no further!


Boston Cream Pie

This "pie" is actually a soft sponge cake filled with light vanilla (or chocolate) pastry cream and finished with a smooth ganache.


Cheesecake

Our classic vanilla cheesecake comes with a graham cracker crust and sour cream topping, but we can substitute many fruit toppings or change the flavor to chocolate, coffee, lemon, pumpkin, eggnog, or anything that the season or your desires dictate!


Almond Torte

A one layer unfrosted "tea cake" infused with almond paste and topped with toasted almond slices and powdered sugar. Delicious as is, or with a fresh fruit topping.

Beerimisu

Our special version of the classic Tiramisu (which is also available). Two sponge layers soaked in syrup with organic espresso and a dark stout beer, then filled with house made mascarpone mousse and topped with cocoa powder.


Lemon Drop Cake

Lightly flavored lemon cake filled with lemon curd and topped with a light lemon cream frosting.


Tres Leches

Four thin layers of chiffon cake, soaked in an almond infused three-milk custard that leaves the cake extremely moist. Finished with whipped cream and toasted almond slices.


Princess Cake

A beautiful "special occasion" cake, pretty as a spring day! Two layers of chiffon cake and layered with raspberry jam and whipped cream, shaped into a dome, and wrapped with pastel colored marzipan and garnished with fresh flowers.


Caramel Apple Hazelnut Cake

Hearty flavors and an irresistible rustic appearance characterize this satisfying cake. Two layers of brown butter hazelnut cake and layered with fresh apple filling, topped with a rich buttercream, and garnished with toasted hazelnuts.


September 7th Cake

Two light, airy chocolate layers filled with whipped cream and topped with a heavenly mocha mousse. This cake is a local favorite, good any day of the year!


Pistachio Honey Cake

Exotic flavors and a lovely appearance mark this cake. Two layers of pistachio with honey buttercream and ground pistachio topping.


Sacrapantina

Flavors of Italy define this cake. Four layer dome with a rum syrup soak and a Zabaglione custard filling. The cake is finished with whipped cream rosettes and coated with a crunchy walnut nougatine.


Cappuccino Torte

Dense two layer chocolate cake with a hint of cinnamon. Soaked in fresh organic coffee and filled with a chocolate espresso mousse. Finished with espresso bean whipped cream.

Traditional Fruit Pies

Apple, Marionberry, Blueberry, Raspberry Peach, Mixed Berry, Strawberry Rhubarb, Pumpkin Choose from a sweet streusel topping , or a traditional lattice crust top with decorative touches.


Fruit Crostata

A rustic pie in which the crust is folded over the fruit and baked "free form". Choose from the same fillings as our traditional pies. During the holiday season we offer cranberry-apple and cranberry-pear fillings.


Key Lime Pie

Zesty key lime filling in a graham cracker crust.


Lemon Meringue Pie

Tart lemon filling with a fluffy, golden meringue topping.


Chocolate Cream Pie

A delicious chocolate filled pie with whipped cream topping.


Coconut Cream Pie

Light, fluffy coconut cream topped with whipped cream and toasted coconut.


Pecan Pie

Classic, made with browned butter and just a little rum.


Chocolate Hazelnut Pie

Decadent, with Oregon hazelnuts and dark chocolate.
